All ok - no queries, very pleased as expected from previous choices

The tyres have been perfect. Apart from getting a nail in one of them the same day they were fitted, but thry have been running gteat even with the puncturr being fixed.

The front feels more grippy with the Michelin tyres both in the wet and dry. Time will tell how long they last, but happy so far.

I bought a full set of tyres - exactly the same brand and model as fitted on the car from new, which is why I chose them. They are fine from a handling point of view, and the fuel efficiency is unchanged. I noticed straight away how much noisier they were but put that down to the extra rubber "singing". However, out of curiosity, I measured the tread depth with an electronic depth gauge as soon as I got home and was really surprised (and hacked off) to find that it was a maximum of 6.4mm across the width of every tyre. Now, it's been over 40 years since I was in the motor trade but new tyres then were always 8mm. I don't know when, or over what period, this changed but it came as a surprise and next time I'll be going into the garage and inspecting tyres before I decide which to buy. Perhaps this is information Black Circles should consider providing to allow drivers to make an informed judgement when choosing what to buy?

As expected. I have purchased Michelin tyres as replacements on many of my vehicles over the years.

I looked for the safest tyres with best wet and dry performances. I'm not disappointed, these Michelins are excellent.
