Very friendly, all the staff is trained, waiting room with water, they offer coffee, I recommend it to everyone looking for quality tires for their motorcycle or car.

Don't buy batteries. They don't even last a year and a half. I called to request that they come check the battery because it wouldn't start. They told me I had to bring the vehicle with me. I couldn't bring just the battery because the warranty didn't apply. It's absurd to have to pay for a tow truck to take the vehicle. Terrible service and super expensive.

I brought my car in for an alignment, but that's not what the alignment service is... it's an alignment diagnostic. The car is still pulling to the left, exactly as I brought it in. If they hadn't replaced the entire lower suspension, it wouldn't have been right, and there would have been no guarantee. On top of that, they charged me another $15 to adjust the rear tire, as if that weren't part of the same service. It's like paying $5 for a haircut; you expect a haircut, but once you're inside, they charge you for using the scissors, the clippers, the talcum powder, the hair straightener, and another person's hand... something like that, so you understand. The $15 for the alignment is only to get it on the machine, nothing more, not to actually align your car. This is called false advertising; it should be called an alignment diagnostic.

They provide very good service because they are very professional and their prices are within my budget, so I will gladly visit them the next time I have mechanical problems and need good quality tires. They have good control to implement the protocols to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
