They gave me a bad diagnosis, at first it was just something, then they told me it was something else, I spent $250 for fun. They ended up screwing up parts of my car, they didn't want to give me a tax credit or an invoice. When I asked for an invoice, they just gave me a quote, and said that if I wanted a tax credit I would have to pay more, then they said they didn't have the paperwork for a tax credit, I decided to get my car out of that place, and to this day they haven't given me an invoice, just a photo. I told them it was coming and they told me they were going to send it and it never came to me. I do not recommend this place of crooks, I already filed a complaint with consumer protection for thieves, scammers, and swindlers.

Excellent service, this is my second visit. They offer coffee and a few treats to pass the time.

I came in with a problem, they told me that cleaning the throttle body would be enough, however, the problem persisted (misdiagnosis) they told me to leave the car and that they would examine it more thoroughly, after 5 days they hadn't seen anything and didn't tell me what the problem was, I had to take the car home having spent $60.00 for nothing, they never told me what the problem was and I spent money for nothing, terrible experience.

Always professional and goes the extra mile for customers. They came to my house and fixed my car battery. This was above and beyond. We love Douglas at GGI.

There's a motorcycle service area with mechanics specializing in European, Japanese, and American brands. Excellent service and they know their stuff.
