The customer service is inefficient we made an appointment at 9 am and they told us we had to wait 4 hours to be served, the service of the girls is terrible so much so that they told us to go to San Pedro to see if they would serve us, I called the central offices excellent service they gave us an appointment at 10 am and we presented email and the code and the mechanic said "here we do not serve at 10 and I am not going to serve you, my question is who is in charge in this place the mechanic or the manager? And the customer service was too much for them do not know what a course would not be bad. We are already afraid of bringing the vehicle here and the mechanic damaging it given that we have the maintenance record with this company since we bought the vehicle at the agency, I think a warning to the entire team of this agency would not be bad and a course too.

The facilities and equipment are very nice, and the waiting room has coffee and air conditioning. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait of almost an hour and a half, even though I had a pre-arranged appointment. They started working on my car an hour and a half after the appointment we had arranged by phone, even though I arrived on time.
I feel that for such a sought-after workshop in the city, they should have more mechanics working at the same time, not just two for the large number of customers they receive.

Terrible service from the girls, they don't want to pay attention and just talk. They don't feel like working.
