Nice service but slow very slow

The facilities and equipment are very nice, and the waiting room has coffee and air conditioning. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait of almost an hour and a half, even though I had a pre-arranged appointment. They started working on my car an hour and a half after the appointment we had arranged by phone, even though I arrived on time.
I feel that for such a sought-after workshop in the city, they should have more mechanics working at the same time, not just two for the large number of customers they receive.

The service, the location, and the service were all very good. I can definitely recommend it.
They've been very busy lately.

I've been there several times and everything has gone well. The service has been excellent, and the work has been quality.
This week I had to go twice and noticed a bit of inattention regarding information about the quote/work and when delivering the vehicle. I hope this is an isolated incident, because the other visits were different. But I'm not going to lower the 5 stars just this time.

I think for what you pay compared to other places, the service is TERRIBLE. I'm giving it one star because yes, the place is nice and comfortable. The day I went to get a screw replaced on a frog, they took almost four hours, and what they brought me was a diagnosis of things I didn't ask for, but okay, I appreciate it, but they didn't do the work I asked for. So they made me waste all that time waiting. After a while, I saw that my car was parked somewhere else. I thought they were going to do what I requested, and when I got up to ask, the girl who helped me just said... oh yes, that's right, we don't have the part... I mean... very bad.
