Excellent service at Autopits-Sabana. Prices were within expectations and in line with the market. Efficient and fast. I scheduled an appointment to purchase tires, and the service was perfect from the moment I arrived. They have a comfortable and cool waiting room where you can wait for your vehicle without any problems. Recommended.

It has a very comfortable waiting area, while they check your motorcycle they also have a coffee machine, water dispenser and the employees are very friendly.

Well I had an unexpected problem with my Brakes on My Truck, I had a Brake Caliper that leaked, and I literally had to roll into their shop, I am an English speaking person, but I was able to communicate with the Shop Foreman who I must say was an extremely great Customer Service person, there were a couple of other people who I talked to who weren't very helpful, however the Foreman graciously proceeded to help me out, I was able to locate the part and brought it to their shop, and that is the short story, But I just wanted to say thank you to Him and the couple of mechanics who worked on the truck. Great Customer Service!! and If I ever need them when I am in San Jose I will definitely look them up!

I'm extremely slow when it comes to getting spare parts, and something that was quick and takes 3 hours at any other shop took 6 hours here.
If they need urgent work and maintain quality, I'd go to another shop.

Terrible service for an oil change, warehouse workers who never show up, wait times of up to two hours for such a basic service that in another workshop would have taken half the time. Last time I take the car to that place.
