Had good service.. Professional. Closest thing in CR to an elite national chain. Got oil changed and back lights fixed in minimal time. The only reason for not giving them a 5 is that I mentioned I was taking it in before the annual riteve test and I think they could've been a bit more thorough... I don't want to be price gouged but I actually think an upsell would've made sense on this one to have a complete diagnostic check (they should've offered me something).

The service was really slow... But they had coffee... It was ok... Not nice.... But ok

I went on May 24th to get my tires changed. I got them changed here, supposedly so they would do the job properly. They scratched the rims all over. They told me they would take responsibility, but a little over a month later they haven't said anything. The manager just left me on read.
