Terrible, they take a long time to get spare parts and then they invent endless problems and even do things you've already done, without warning! Then when it's time to pay, you see the huge invoice and there's not much you can do because "they've already done the work" and you have to pay anyway to get your vehicle out. It's happened to me, it's happened to friends and family, and I have no doubt it's happened to more people. I also have no doubt it could happen to you, dear reader... Be careful when going to this specific workshop.
