I took my car to a brake service center and they did a terrible job. They damaged my vehicle because of their mediocre work; I had to change cars.

They have good products, but the customer service is terrible. Today I urgently needed to buy some spare tires:
1. I spent all morning trying to get through on the phone, and no one ever answered.
2. I messaged two different WhatsApp numbers they have listed on Facebook, and they just left me on read when I asked questions.
3. When I finally got to the store and had already bought my tires, I decided to get a pair of windshield wiper blades, and it turned out there wasn't a single measuring tape in the entire store, so they couldn't sell me that product. Please improve, because not everyone is that patient.

It's a shame they don't follow up with customers. My car was in the shop all day, and it's unbelievable they couldn't find the part I needed. They were supposed to call me to follow up, and a week has passed with no word. Clearly, they're not interested in gaining customers. I'm giving it two stars because the brake service was excellent, but they have absolutely no idea about customer service. Customers should be the ones following up; they don't.
