Terrible warranty response. I bought a set of 4 Goodyear brand tires, they offered a 3-year warranty, and when I put air in one of them, it exploded. It never rolled on and they blamed my rims. It was obvious that it had already been repaired. Their warranty response was to sell me another one with a Q169 discount. Bad treatment by employees. Unfortunately, in Guatemala, no one does anything, and the consumer is the most affected.

Terrible service, you go for a service and they end up doing whatever they want and then say they can't fix it, they don't focus on what people initially went for, I really feel upset because they didn't fix what I needed and they just give me some tips and they say I have to change the entire Silvine system, bad, really bad. Be careful because nobody provides a solution and after you pay they don't take responsibility.

They need to improve the way they handle their advertising. They confuse and then get upset when you comment. Their tire markings are good, but they need to be clearer.

A brake and tire center in the right place. Excellent customer service, but could be better. Affordable service prices with special offers.
