Terrible service. They delivered the car with defects that weren't immediately apparent, and when I reported it, they refused to take responsibility. It hadn't shown any problems before, and the service was for brake maintenance. They ran a diagnostic and found that the electrical system wasn't illuminating any dashboard lights, but they claimed it was just a coincidence and didn't even offer any solutions. Awful customer service, too.

UPDATING INFORMATION: Le Mans said it's not them, that they're just lending their name to Sears Majadas 🤦🏻‍♀️ BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR VEHICLE. During the last service, they put the oil filter back on my car with the gasket pressed in. Shortly after, I saw oil in the garage and took it in for a checkup, where they told me everything was fine. They didn't charge me for the checkup, so I don't have a receipt. The car died. I called to see if they would accept it, as my insurance company told me, and they said no. I don't have the money to take my car to the dealership for a problem like that. When I found a highly recommended mechanic, he got under the vehicle and immediately found the problem (something the inexperienced mechanics at Le Mans didn't do when I returned it). Today, Tuesday, May 23, 2023, when I finally got my vehicle back, I arrived to complain about the poor service that caused this inconvenience to the manager of Autocenter, Augusto Castañon. He asked when the service was and what mileage the vehicle had, making me feel attacked and trying to make me look irresponsible. When I arrived, I told him that I wasn't complaining about money, but rather about the frustration I felt when it happened and that they should train their staff to avoid making mistakes that can cost a life. I also asked for the DIACO book about five times. They agreed that I would receive the apology I was hoping for for such a huge act of irresponsibility by Thursday afternoon. I responded that I wouldn't remain silent and that I would make it public.

I took my car in because of a noise, and they quoted me Q8000. Since that seemed too expensive, I didn't get everything fixed. Among the things I left for later were the struts, which they quoted me at a little over Q2000. I took the car to two other shops, and they told me the struts were fine. It's awful that they take advantage of people like that. They're scammers! I'm never going back to that shop. P.S. The noise I took it in for is still there 😓

Good afternoon, I'm writing to you because on Tuesday I needed to bring in my 2009 Honda Pilot, owned by Mario Monterroso Briones. The truck was leaking coolant, so I was told to bring it in for a checkup. In the afternoon, I received a call from a man named Vinicio, who was helping me, since Luis is the person who usually helps me. During the call, he told me it was the radiator cap and that the cost was Q600.00 for the cap, along with Q250.00 for labor. According to Mr. Vinicio, Luis was the one who gave him these prices. I wasn't satisfied with these prices and asked for a discount on the labor, to which he replied that it had already been done. I called the Honda dealership in Majadas, and the cost of the cap was Q370.00. I told Vinicio so he could explain why the difference in the replacement part was so exorbitant, and he again told me he would speak to Luis to see what he would say. C Finally, they charged me the actual value of the cap and the labor. What bothers me is that they tried to make me see through the unrealistic price. I've been a customer of yours for several years; in fact, my children bring their cars there at my suggestion. What's also bothering me is Luis's attitude. He never wanted to help me. When I arrived to bring the truck, he was at the work order center and completely ignored me.

Excellent location, service, and fair prices. Fernando and Fredy were very helpful and attentive. I came in for service and left with more for my vehicle, very satisfied. I highly recommend this place and its staff. Thank you, LM Majadas, Guatemala City.
