It's actually a bad place to take your car. I asked for a service evaluation, and they told me they would evaluate it without obligation and wouldn't work until I authorized it. They did an evaluation and gave me a quote for almost 10,000 quetzales (who in Guatemala can afford to pay that amount without a second opinion?). Because of this, I asked them to charge me for the evaluation but said I would check and get back to them. The man who answered, unconvinced, changed his demeanor and his customer service, demonstrating his lack of professionalism. After that, he stopped being friendly and acted resentfully because I didn't get any work done with them. After getting a second opinion and with my car's engine cover damaged due to their incompetence in removing it, I'm completely fed up with their service. First of all, their quote practically includes the cost of the mechanics' parts, all at two or three times the market price. Even though I was a previous customer, when I refused the work outside the agreed-upon price, they failed to provide any customer service. Terrible. I don't recommend them.

They're scammers, starting with their name. They're "Llansesa," but they used that name to confuse people and make them think they're part of the original Le Mans chain. Then there's their outrageous prices—they're complete rip-offs! And when you need a quote, they get angry if you don't accept the job right away. Completely unprofessional! And their mechanics are the typical shady characters who damage parts to force you to come back. BEWARE!

Gentlemen, how is it possible that Lemans el Frutal is charging Q680 for an alignment and balancing, claiming it's 3D, when everywhere else uses 3D? I recommend CAPROV, where they charged me Q350 for a 3D alignment and balancing, which is a fair price at a good place...

Bad service and sly. I only went for an oil change, and they told me I needed this... that I needed that... And when I told them no (because it was too expensive), they put the nuts on the tires incorrectly, one on each side, and rubbed them. I realized this when I went to another shop and they showed me this. Be careful!

It's important to be in a modern society, and modern service is important, and Le Mans provides this service: accessible parking, card and/or cash payments, one-hour service, online computerized control of various car services, and at an attractive price. This makes it seem not like an expense, but rather an investment in such an important tool as "THE CAR." In conclusion, I RECOMMEND THEM.
