Poor service. I took my vehicle in for brake service; they resurfaced the rotors and replaced the pads. The rotors were resurfaced incorrectly, and now the car vibrates when braking, something it didn't do before. I took it to another shop and found they hadn't installed the ceramic pads I requested, but rather cheaper, semi-metallic ones, yet they still charged me for the expensive ones. I had to have the rotors resurfaced again and pay for labor. It ended up costing me twice as much.

Terrible service. I took my car in for an alignment and a steering knuckle straightening, and it immediately started making a noise in the steering. I mentioned it to the manager and took it back twice to try and get it fixed, and both times they said they didn't know what it was and didn't solve the problem. Now I have to take it to another shop to get them to fix what they ruined. If you want your car ruined, take it here!
