We arrived at 2 p.m. for an oil change, and they refused to help us. Terrible service, I don't recommend it.

Don't go to this workshop. I asked them for an alignment, and they told me I had problems with the rack and pinion without doing any prior testing. They have no experience and their quotes are inflated.

My experience with the Autopits Workshop in Santa Elena was acceptable, they treated me well and provided me with quality service in the installation of spare parts for my vehicle, which I purchased within an average market price range... So far so good, the problem arises with the Customer Service, I have been waiting for almost a month for a response to several quotes for my vehicle, which they have not responded to. The phones are not answered in a timely manner and the website (as of the date of this review, is not available), for this reason, I could not recommend this place, since the customer only matters to them when they approach them to sell them a product or service and it should not be that way, since the customer should be given a prompt/timely response to their questions and always be respected for the time they dedicated to looking for a solution to their problem.
